How Auctions Work

Every item, except those which appear to be in original, untampered condition is opened and examined to determine which of three categories its condition falls under. We designate those Condition Codes as New, Like New, and Used.

New: The item is brand new.

Like New: These are items that appear to be in a new condition or appear to have never been used previously.

Used: These are items that were sold by a retailer and were used before being returned by the customer. Used items may be damaged or have an opened box with missing pieces, so unless the condition of a specific item is explicitly stated, the bidder should be aware that the item may be ripped, scratched, non-functional or otherwise damaged.

Items labeled Used can be inspected any time before purchase.

NOTE: If an item is labeled New or Like New inspection is not allowed until you purchase the item. You may fully inspect it at pick up and may request a refund at that time if there's a problem with it. Once you exit the store, you may no longer request a refund.

In addition to the Hammer Price (highest bid), there are other fees and costs associated with the auction as follows:

• Buyers Premium - 15% of the final bid price
• Lot Fee - $1
• Sales Tax - any applicable sales tax amounts

You have three 3 business days after the close of an auction to come claim your item(s) at our Super Bins Sawgrass location. You MUST have the email containing the receipt with you in order to claim your item(s). Any items remaining after the removal deadline will no longer be available to pickup and will be subject to a restocking fee.
